Halloween Day at parks other than MK

Can anyone tell me if any of the other Disney parks do anything special on Halloween day and night? My DH and I will be going to MNSSHP on 10/26 but really didn't want to fool with the crowds at MK on 10/31. What will be going on at the other parks? Will characters be dressed up? Or just business as usual? Thanks for your help!

As far as I could tell in years past,and we've been to the last 10 MNSSHP,the MK is the only park that has had a Halloween celebration. On Oct 31 the Market Place becomes a great place to Trick or Treat.The Boardwalk also has some activities going on,on Halloween evening.
