How many of you are going to be at Ft. Wilderness in October and plan on dressing up in Halloween costumes (whether or not you have children with you)? I would like to dress up for Halloween and probably will no matter what...just wondering how many of you are in same frame of mind. I have a soon to be 27 year old daughter who was born on Oct. 31st and Halloween is her favorite holiday so she has many costumes I can choose from to borrow from her.

We always dress up for MNSSHP and if we were camping on the 31st we'd dress up around the Fort. Go for it and have fun!

This year my son is going as King Mickey in a Organization 13 outfit (bought him a golden keyblade cosplay for $90....darn costumes are getting expensive).

So....I'm going as just a regular Org 13 member (provided I can get some kind of costume made up by then without having to pay too much).

We'll be camping there the 6th and 7th of Oct and going to MNSSHP.
I've been so worried about getting my kids' costumes together, I didn't even get to work on mine.
I envision the Charlie Brown costume, the sheet over my head with holes in it!!!!!!!

I'm sure I'll do something last minute.

Go for it, dress up and have a blast!

I remember when my four kids were small and I worked full time. Halloween was busier for me than Christmas almost or at least I didn't expect to be so busy at Halloween. But it was always monumental trying to pull everyone's costumes together. Good luck and enjoy.

we are halloween fanatics so this may be biast. DEFINITELY dress up!!!! we did and had a blast. 2 years ago we went and Holloween was on sunday which was way cool for us since we only get a couple of days at a time. Fri -MNSSHP (in costume) sat night trick or treating in Down town dis. (b/c halloween was sun they did it on sat.)-in costume again, sunday all day at FW (scavenger hunt, crafts, kids games ) then home to carve our pumkin and cook out, dressed up (3 days in a row now) for the parade and pumkin carving contest. It was such a blast and everyone referred to us as jack and elizabeth all night(POTC) and all the CM's kept referring to my son (sourcerers apprentice mickey) as "boss" it was really great

We definitely dress up. Have never attended MNSSHP without a full costume and can't even imagine having as good of a time without one! We'll be there this year on 10/2!
