Halloween and Cheyenne

I am going to Disney in 4 days (Yey) and was wondering to help with planning:

• What time of day all the halloween events are-and what events there are (e.g. meeting characters)?
• Any extra tips about staying in the Cheyenne?
• Any extra tips for planning and packing?
• Can you book in advance for the fantasyland breakfast?

For the daily events, you''ll find info on the official site (I think!!) - I am sure someone else can give you more details on this.

I stayed at the Cheyenne last year and it was great - I always prefered walking back to it from the resort but there are plenty of buses.

Only tip is to enjoy it! It might be cold so prepare for that!!

Ideally, you need to confirm your Fantasyland Breakfast in advance by phoning Disney direct.

No doubt others will be able to give you some more useful advice!!! Have a great time!

The characters and street entertainment will be all day long on Mainstreet and in Frontierland (Halloweenland). There will be sooooo many pumpkinmen and witches, sometimes more than visitors!
And there are many special events during the day, just get yourself a parkplan at the entrance of the park, everything is listed in this plans!
And don't miss the parade at 4pm! It's just great! We have been there from 2nd - 5th October. You can find my Trip Report here on the board.

Cheyenne has the advantage of live music in the bar - I'm not usually a country music fan but the acts we saw were really good and fitted in with the hotel theming really well.

There is also a Sheriff who wonders about shooting people and genrally adding to the atmosphere - he'll pose for photos and sign autographs too!
