I would recommend staying at one of the Epcot resorts (Boardwalk, Beach Club, Yaht Club, Swan/Dolphin), since you haven't really been to Epcot. Those resorts are a short walk, or boat ride from Epcot. Spending the evening strolling the World Showcase would be romantic.
I would also say making ADR's would make your vacation smooth too. Try places like Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian, California Grill at the Contemporary, Yahtsman Steakhouse at the Yaht Club, etc.
Make sure you when you make your reservation, you tell Disney that you are on your honeymoon. Castmembers will acknowledge you both in the parks, at your resort and at meals. You will get Honeymoon buttons when you check in.
