anyone know somewhere I can get a good Disney pedicure in the area?

Like Minnie Mouse polkadots/Mickeyheads or something like that?

I can't help you with that but I live in Toronto and was not able to find anyone who could do it. My SIL started selling a product called Jamberry...I thought I would hate it but I have really grown to enjoy them. Plus, they sell Disney ones as well. Just wanted to let you know in case you wanted to go that route. Good luck in your search.
