Halfway point WDW/Boca Raton?

My DD has a friend recently relocated to Boca Raton. If we were able to arrange it anyone have a suggestion on a good spot to meet her parents halfway to pick her up to come back to WDW with us?

My recommendation would be the Fort Drum Service Plaza on Florida's Turnpike. Turnarounds are allowed so each vehicle could head back from where they came from. It's out in the middle of nowhere, north of the Fort Pierce interchange. But the midpoint between Boca and Orlando is in the middle of nowhere and Fort Drum is close to that midpoint.
