We have our flights, transfer and hotel but still need loads of things for our non Disney holiday 8-20 Feb (SW/Universal/Busch). (me and DS14)
1) Tickets- can anybody remember the guys name who does the ticket round up post? Did i miss Decembers? Was hoping for a New Year sale on tickets!
2) Would love one night in a Universal hotel but still £160 . Does anybody think there will be any offers out to get that down? Would do any date from 9-19.
3) If can't do a night in Universal hotel a Discovery Cove deal would be great- do they do last minute deals?
4) We are in the Fairfield hotel at the back of Seaworld so any body know of any restaurant coupons/deals for around there? We are relying on public transport though.

I've never left things so late before with our Disney Holidays but then Disney does get you in the planning mood! Trying not to panic now but tomorrow we go next month!
Any help appreciated and a Happy New year to you all.
PS Forgot we don't have Gatwick parking or travel insurance yet either!

What type of parking do you want for Gatwick? I usually book through Holiday Extras as they quite often send me emails with extra discounts. You can also get cashback through Quidco.

Universal hotels are popular since HP opened - are you an AA member - if so you may be able to get a AAA discounted rate.

Discovery cove check direct as they sometimes have offers.

i was about to post Kenny's ticket thread from November.
i also couldn't find one from december..

it's possible the universal hotels might come up on the discount websites a little closer to your holiday...they wait for the very last minute before they put their rooms on discount..
but as Elise noted, they have been booking to capacity recently due to harry potter..

a tip i picked up from martin lewis's site re airport parking. Is to get a hotel & parking deal so you go up the night befor, stay over then get a taxi or bus to the airport in the morn its literaly about £5 difference between that and normal hotel parking.
