Half of my party will be at 1 park and other half at another park? How does fp+ work

how do I do the fast passes for the ones at one park and the other at the other?

When u go in MDE to book, u have the option to select which members on the account u are booking for. It's pretty simple, once u get in there, u will see.

Pick a day & park, then pick the people u want.
Go back and pick the same day but the OTHER park and the OTHER people.

I book at 1:00 am getting nervous

Don't be nervous. If there are any hard-to-get FP u want, like Anna/Elsa or 7DMT start with those. Any others u shouldn't have a problem with. And changing times and attractions after the fact is pretty easy.
