half day tickets?

Do they exsist and if so how much? We will be crusing January 7th, but arriving on Jan 6th. Not sure what time yet. We had just planned on visiting resorts and dinning. We have a 14 month old so not really sure visting disney would be idea for him anyways. Just a last minute thought.

Unfortunatley Disney does not do Half day tickets, even an hour before closing it is still full price for entry. They sometimes have an Epcot after 4 ticket, but that is usually during really slow times and open to Florida residents and conventions only.

I kind of thought that would be the case. Am I better off with a 14 month old to avoid the parks? If we do not chose to visti the park... we will just check out resorts to try to find one to stay at next year and dine out. We hope to do a land sea vacation next year.


I'm thinking at 14 months there not much he can do or anythng to ride. But I'm not sure since we have not been with a small child.

Actually, Magic Kingdom has many things you could do with a 14 month old, and I believe a child that age gets in for free. I'd have no problems taking a baby on Peter Pan, It's a Small World, Haunted Mansion, Cinderella's Carousel and stuff like that. I also think a 14 month old would love all the sights on Main Street and be fascinated by the baloons and toys so prevalent there. Also, I think that the fireworks would be excited for a baby, as would any of the parades. For rides that aren't appropriate for a baby, if you have two adults going you can do the child swap where one person stays with the baby while the other rides, and then they switch off.

I suggest that you check out the Disney World web site and that will describe all the attractions so you can check it out and make your decision. Whatever you decide, I hope you have a great time!
