I have listed a lot of books on half.com thanks to the advice of many of you here. I'm beginning to be concerned about the half.com closing thing, and wonder if I should start listing on amazon. So, I'm wondering what all of you experts would recommend. The .99 plus 10% seems a bit steep to me. Do those of you that list on amazon just build that into your asking price? Do books on amazon sell quickly? Some of the books that I've listed on half.com have been there for a month, is that a long time? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I've listed on both. Yes, Amazon is more expensive. Another glitch for me is that rather than ask you to confirm the sale they automatically OK it. That means you have to keep current removing books sold at half.com from your Amazon listing.

I only list books on Amazon that are "worth it." Half.com let me list some things that only sold for 75cents. Also, half kept your listing for an unlimited time. Amazon will remove your product if it doesn't sell in a specific time.

The plus for Amazon seemed to be strong traffic.

I will miss half.com come July.

How quickly does it seem that Amazon books sell? I'm just so used to ebay being over in a week and then it's over. Trying to figure out what's best.
