Is the half board buffet the same you get with the golden forest level breakfast buffet you get with that room?
Also is this half board meal certificates good at other places then those restaurants at the hotel?

I can't answer your question for sure, but when I was looking/and asking to compare the half board breakfast at the Newport Bay hotel with their concierge lounge breakfast, the food offerings at those two, while served in different venues, seemed to be the same.

The only difference I remember is having pancakes on the buffet as well.
