Exercise
Completing a weekly workout challenge = 0 (Still doing these? )
6 hours of exercise = 6 points

Healthy eating
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day = 7 points
Trying a new healthy food or recipe for the week = 0 point
Taking a multivitamin daily = 7 points
Eating five servings of fruits and veggies daily = 7 points
Eating two servings of dairy a daily = 7 points

Total points:34
 
Elizabeth - no one else seems to be posting on Dis, all on FB. I have been checking daily to see if anyone else but me is here. If you are not on FB, I can forward message to Vicky that there is still some interest on DIS. There was mention of just keeping one thread, not a new one each month, but nothing since then.
