Sunshine today we still have lots of snow, but the roads and most of the sidewalks are now clear.
Connie- Glad to hear your foot is feeling a bit better! I tried the steel cut oats and I do like them A Lot!
Dave- Glad to hear you are having a peaceful day - Sunshine does help. Sounds to me like your training has been Great since Goofy 2010.

Enjoy your runs this weekend. I hope your weather is nice. Oh, it would be so nice to have a running partner. I really dislike the long ones by my self too. When do you have to have your taxes done?
AFM: BP is better; feeling much better; Fluid behind the eardrum, but no infection; Motivation and energy is low; But I have made it to the gym everyday this week-
