Hairspray that holds but doesn't make your hair look like straw!

I like Aussie Instant Freeze. It holds well, but it is so drying on my hair. Any suggestions?

Pantene classic hairspray holds well and brushes out. No matter how much I've used my hair doesn't dry out.

White Rain, the one with the green lid. I've used it since 1975. If they ever discontinue it I'll likely shave my head because I've tried many others and don't like them nearly as well.

I have fine strait hair so hairspray always seems thick and stiff. The only thing that works for me is Big sexy hair. It is expensive but last a long time. I usually buy it a JC penny when it is on sale but you can get it at some Walmarts and grocery stores.

I agree!!! I use the volume one that comes in the blue bottle (never can have too big of hair lol). Man I can survive a typhoon with that stuff and it still leaves my hair nice.

I've used Finesse unscented for years. I just can't use a hairspray that has any smell.

Ha, that is so funny. I was at my mom's today..walked in her bathroom...picked up the can of white rain with the green top and said Mom, you need to step out of the 80's. She loves that hairspray.
Now, I prefer Big Sexy Hair Stay and Play OR Aquage transforming spray. LOVE, LOVE IT...
