Hair Straightening Irons in Europe

I hope our European friends can help me out here.

I need to purchase a hair straightening iron for use in Europe. My hair is kinky curly and I need all the help I can get. I have a CHI iron for the states and I love it! However, according the the package insert that came with it, I can't use it over there.

Have any of you purchased something like this in UK? If so, where did you get it?

The GHD salon styler would be ideal for you - GHD. It comes with a UK plug but if you unscrew it and take it off it has the European plug inside!

Thanks, Claire! Just what I'm looking for. Now if I can just find an outlet that will sell me the European version. I sent GHD a note about this so maybe they will help me out.
