Sorry if this has been asked before.
We are leaving on Saturday from Canada and still have many questions.
This has been a whirlwind of a trip.
Does the Sequoia Lodge rooms have a blowdryer?
I have bought 1 adapter to use for my phone. do they have any extra adapters I could borrow for my camera battery?

Fairly sure all the on-site hotels have fixed hair dryers in the rooms.

Adaptors are not provided and I rather doubt they would be available to borrow. We take a short extension lead with the one adaptor which provides four sockets to charge all the phones, cameras etc.

Have a wonderful trip! :goodvibes

Does your extension cord have a built-in converter/inverter? to change the voltage? Are you from Canada or the U.S?

No to both questions - I'm from the UK and have just used an ordinary extension lead with one of the adaptors for Europe on the plug end. In this way you get several (in our case four) sockets from one adaptor which is particularly useful as many of the rooms only seem to have one socket anyway.

I've used it in Australia similarly with an Australian adaptor on so assumed the principle would work for you with an extension and appropriate adaptor from your home country. I didn't think the voltage difference was enough to make a difference but I might be wrong there. :scratchin

The voltage here and in the UK is 220, the voltage in the US is 110/120.

Best thing to have is a blow dryer that can deal with both and then you just need a plug adapter. If it doesn't you will need a plug adapter and a voltage converter :)

We got back from Sequoia Lodge on 4th January and had a hairdryer in our room, attached to the wall in the little dressing area by the bathroom :thumbsup2
