Hair Color at Barber Shop - Adults?

My DH and I are taking a trip in May. I thought it would be neat to do something fun for pictures. I know kids can get their hair colored and spiked at the barber shop on Main Street. Can adults do this too? I have long hair - any idea what they would do with mine? I want the color and the Mickey head sprinkles

Great question. I would like to have 12 year old have something done to her hair. I know she would like it, but doesn't want it cut.
