Hair Care at WDW

Hey I know this may sound very conceited and perhaps off topic, but I have just found out that someone I know is going to be at WDW when we are there this year and he has arranged for us all to meet up for a meal.

I haven't seen this man in a seriously long time and want to make the best impression (girls, you know what I mean) and experience at WDW tells me that my hair will look anything but a sweaty mess after a day in the parks in the Florida humidity.

Anywhere on property that you can get your hair washed and blow dried you'd recommend? Has anyone ever actually done this? (and no clever suggestions for BBB)

Most of the deluxe resorts have salons so you can book in to those, I'm suggesting Perriwigs at the Yacht and Beach club and Saratoga Springs for my wedding guests.

The wedding party will have a hair and makeup artist come to our room to get us ready, but I don't think you want to go to that sort of effort

In all seriousness, DD is now thinking of having her hair done at a salon rather than BBB as she's "too old" now . I've found a full salon in Grand Floridan and prices weren't as bad as I expected given it's a Disney location. Thanks for the info kylieh. I spoke w the salon today regarding our upcoming April trip. Just wanting a shampoo and flatiron but have very thick hair and didn't want any questions on the final cost or amount of time they would need. I have long, thick, naturally curly hair.

What can I say, it really is easier to deal with for a few days if it's straight. I don't have to shampoo and put product in it...It sure would be nice to be pampered while on vacation. Maybe I'll even sneak in a spa visit. Hmmm, a new Mickey purse or salon and spa. Take a look at my signature, I never have time to pamper myself Decisions, decisions...
