Hair braiding on the ship ??

Is there any way to make a reservation/appointment for hair braiding before you get on the ship? Or is the only way to make appointments for hair braiding on the first day? DD's have expressed an interest to get this done and I don't want to wait until we get there to find out all the appointments have been taken already. TIA!!!

Unfortunatley, I don't know that you are able to make ressies for that ahead of time. But I do remember that they offer appts. on the first day. I don't remember anyone having trouble getting an appt., so hopefully you'll be able to get what you need!

Hi Cepmom,

Have you looked into having braids done at any of your local salons? My daughter loves them also and we are having them done in town the day before we leave for Florida. The price is reasonable and, this way, she can enjoy them right away.

How reasonable is the salon? Is it less than the $2 a braid charge on ship?

The last time she had it done, there were about 12-14 braids - just the crown of her head, not all the way down her back. The price was $25.

My daughter didn't decide she wanted to get her hair braided until Thursday of our 7-day West Coast Cruise. We went to the hair braiding stand and they got us an appointment for our last sea day (Friday)...they had 2 appt. times available at that time. They said they almost always have cancellations, so keep checking back with them if they are booked at first!
