Flight from Hagerstown to Sanford and back was great, but was an hour late leaving Hagerstown, but no big deal. Will do the flying from Hagerstown again, no more long drives.
Did get a rental car for the week through the airline, but did not get the Vacation Club discount, next time will call the airline by phone to make sure they give the discount since the Vacation Club member site says it can be used with other discounts.
Stayed at All Star Sports the first two nights, so not to use vacation points for weekend stay. The Sports was packed with the out of country people and there teams. (Further details coming on how rude these people are.)
On Sunday moved to Kidani at 9 in the morning to a 1 Bedroom. Room was ready and close to the lobby on the 3rd floor room 7711. Walked into the room and was so amazed, loved the master bathroom. Had a standard view of the short term parking area but view was still good.
I do agree with everyone else, a counter service is needed.
Did have one problem with the washing machine, (others please be aware of this when doing laundry!!!). The knob on washer was turned to cold and the water was luke warm, no big deal, but when it went into rinse cycle the water was hot. The water lines were switched, cold shut off is on hot and hot shut off is on cold. I called maintance about this, they came up and did not fix the problem. Only solution was to turn the hot water off (cold valve) to get cold water, but then the cold water rinse didnt work so had to turn the washer knob back to wash to get the tub to fill.
Back to the rude people. We went to Blizzard Beach one day, was there first thing in the morning and picked out 3 chairs, had our towels and bags on the chairs. We went on the water slides and came back to our chairs and they were taken. These rude kids threw our belongings in the sand and took our towels. They would not move and I literally had to pull my towels out from under them. Even had problems in the parks with these different groups plowing right into us and not apologizing.
But all and all the trip was wonderful.
