During our Easter trip my DD was climbing on some rocks at OKW of course she fell. I didnt think anything of it and we went about our business until the next morning when she was limping. An ER trip and 6 hours later I find out that it is only sprained,

I was traveling alone with my 2 kids and a double stroller. A WC would not be an option for me since my DS although he can walk would be very upset not to be able to ride. I could not carry DD though all the lines she is a big girl. I didnt want her bearing weight on that leg. The first morning after the ER trip I went to guest relations at MGM and hey were very helpful. I was able to get a GAC and use the stroller as a WC for the rest of the trip. I only used it for the next few days and my DD is fine now.

If they had not been so accomodating then we would not have been able to go on any rides or attractions for 3 or so days during our trip.

Sorry to hear about your DD's accident, but glad to hear it worked out OK. Sometimes a stroller is the most appropriate way to get around.

My ds has been tubefed from birth due to a birth defect and surgeries of his abdomen. We took him to WDW when he was 6 months old and still ngtube fed (now have gtube/button). He was continuous fed and it was so awkward getting him out and the pump or taking down the syringe we attached for water boluses. Guest services was great. Got lots of comments about his need for oxygen, but no problems. Now, he is 2 and we are such old hats we would never dream of doing that now. But it was a lifesaver at the time.
