my dh was jogging and hit by a car, through all the pain, the bleeding, broken jaw and skull fracture, we dreamed of our dis cruise, it was the only thing we held on to at the hospital, but now we realize it will not happen and the bills are piling up,
but we have to just be happy he is still with us
i told my ds(8) and we all cried together, it was very sad
like all of you i loved all the planning and anticipating, we will try and plan another dis vacation as soon as we can.
My wish for you ALL is to hug and cherish your family....
because it could change in a second,

Sorry to hear what happened. I am glad your DH survived it though. My uncle was hit by a car while walking after Christmas dinner. My aunt normally goes with him, but stayed for some reason. He died on the operating table. WDW and the cruise will be there for another day and it'll be something you all can look forward too. I hope DH has a speedy recovery. God Bless!
