Had my shower...and other fun news!

My Mother and my Bridesmaids and my fiance totally shocked me this weeked with a surprise shower! I was blown away, had no clue it was going to happen when it did. It was such a wonderful day and they did such a great job, I sobbed and sobbed the whole day! You should see our house, it already looks like a wedding store with all of the stuff we are putting together and making but then you add the gifts...we can barely walk around!

My dress came in on Monday, went to see it and make my first fitting appointment! It is even more georgeous than I remember and now I am really getting anxious!

It's coming fast!

Thanks everyone! I admit, opening all those gifts was so exciting! To see all of the nice stuff we picked out all wrapped up and presented to us was almost too much to stand!

I don't know if I could say it was a special theme, but my Mother went all out and bought these beautiful huge yellow flower pots with a scalloped edge and filled them with live flowers for the centerpieces. She then circled them with small colored glass votive holders and the candles make such a pretty glow of all the colors on the tables. My sister had them fold the napkins specially and they were placed in the glasses. She then tucked small paper umbrellas in all the same colors as the votive holders. They had balloons in the 2 shades of pinks of the girls dresses all over the room, it was magical. My partner designed the invitations and they were phenominal! As soon as I get the photos I will post them.

It was a great day!
