We are going to try to do MNSSHP tonight but we are worried about bathrooms. Is there a HA or other parade viewing area very close to a bathroom? Once we park DH's scooter in a viewing area, he will need to use his cane to get to a bathroom and he can't get far with his cane. DH's health issues require frequent bathroom visits.

Once you are inside the handicapped viewing areas, it is not easy to get out. Wheelchairs and ECVs are parked very close across the front of the viewing area.
The later parade is usually not as busy , but you will want to check and make sure there is little chance of the second one being cancelled (rain can sometimes cause one or the other to be cancelled).
You will need to probably b to the handicapped area at least an hour ahead of the parade time.

Check out this map for the viewing locations

They are the same as regular parade viewing areas. The map also shows restroom locations, but none are really, really close.
If you have several people in your party, you may want to find a spot closer to the bathrooms not in the handicapped viewing area and have other members of your party stay with the ECV and hold your spot while he is using the bathroom.

Thanks, Sue. I think we will try to get somewhere near Diamond Horseshoe so we will be close to the bathrooms on the shortcut from Frontier to Adventureland. That will also put us out of the crush after the parade.
