We're at POFQ right now. We've been getting a bar of soap along with the refills for the pumps. Does anyone know if the bar soap is going to continue being given? Or do they expect us to bring our own whatever to wash our faces with? Or use the hand soap or body wash for our face?

I bring my own facial cleanser but my sister uses the Disney bar soap. Hmmm.

I didn't read through the whole thread. Is there a charge if the dispensers "go missing" from a room? Easy enough to pop into a suitcase! I'm not a fan, so I won't be taking them home, but I am sure others will!

Almost definitely yes. Those don't look like dispensers that they'd be that happy with having to replace all the time.

No official statement from Disney but the bar soap does not have plastic containers it might live for many more years.

I have no doubt if someone disappears one of these from their room they will receive a partial return of their hotel deposit. The real q is how intense will Disney be about it? A $20 oopsie charge or a $50 don’t you do that again charge?

Resorts that have received the new Dispensers:

I’ve seen reports on Facebook that these have been gradually rolling out to rooms in the tower at Coronado Springs over the past few days, but no reports of them in the villages yet that I’ve seen. Not sure why it’s a slow rollout there.

Our 1BR at BWV has bar soap at each bathroom sink. So I think y’all will be fine!
