H&V w/ Fantasmic package - OK ?

We have not eaten at H&V since 2002.

We would like to try it again for the Fantasmic package - Easter 2007 week.

We have a 4:30 PM ADR (opens for dinner at 3:30 PM)
Buffet still fresh ?
Maybe less crowded than 5:30 PM or 6 PM dinner crowds ?

Anyone really like H&V for dinner ?

Does anyone absolutely hate H&V ?

H&V is the least expensive Fantasmic option for our family.

We ate at H&V on our last trip and we also had a 4:30 time. I think the time was good because it's before the rush. The selection of food was very good, I thought it was better than Park Fare this time around. After we ate we had time to walk around and "people watch" before our time to go in for the firework show. Once it was time we just walked in the backway and were seated to the far right to the stage. We will do it again in our future trip!
