H&V or MM for Dinner?

I am trying to decide on Hollywood & Vine or Mama Melrose for the Fantasmic Dinner Package. I know H&V is buffet, which my kids think is cool, but I don not know anything about the kind of things on the buffet menu. Can anyone help with that? How about comparing service and/or quality of the food at both?

I think they are both good choices, but I prefer Hollywood and Vine. The selection is so much greater, as it is buffet-style, rather than menu based. There are many great choices on the buffet (salmon, marinated steak, turkey, veggies, salads, dessert, etc). Mama Melrose is good if you're in the mood for pizza or want to save a little $ by just ordering the pizza instead of an entree. I'm doing the Fantasmic package next Friday and going to Hollywood and Vine.
