Hollywood and Vine - what if we do lunch ?

We have a DS age 20 and a DD age 17.
We have liked the buffet in the past, long ago, with Minnie and friends in 1930's outfits.

Now there are characters for the Kindergarten crowd.
Join Jo Jo from Jo Jo's Circus and June and Leo from the Little and Oso
Einsteins for lunch. Events featuring everyone's
    favorite Playhouse Disney songs.

Should we do lunch at H&V ?
    :confused3or just do dinner ?
Both are the same price Adults: $35.14:)

Do dinner. The characters are definitely aimed at the preschool set.

The characters are actually June &Leo, Handy Manny, and Oso. My 4 year old is thrilled beyond words to eat there, I'm thinking a teen would think it was way beneath them.

Try dinner or maybe Mama Melrose. :)

The best thing about going to H&V at any meal for teens and those with teenager-like appetites is they get to put on the old feedbag and tank up. Not great food but lots of it.

We like H and V OK when we want to do a Fantasmic DIning pkg BUT my teens LOVE eating at Sci Fi and 50's Prime Time at DHS. If you haven't ever done either of these I think your teens would really really love them much more than H and V. Both Sci Fi and 50's are pretty inexpensive for sit down and I think you'd probably spend less than $35 unless you got lots of extras like shakes, apps, etc.
