Well, I don't know if they'll start it again or not, but we loved it in October, so when I found out a few months ago (on the DIS, naturally ) that they discontinued it, I sent Disney an email regarding my family's disappointment (it was suggested in that thread that all of us who were unhappy should email or send snail mail to that effect). Within 2 - 3 weeks, a CM phoned me to discuss the email and said that if enough people stated to WDW their disappointment, it may be brought back, but who knows how many people actually take the time to let WDW know when they are unhappy about something? And who knows if they'd really do anything about it, anyway?
