H/A Accessible Room at a Discount?

Hello! We are not actively planning a trip as yet - the earliest we can plan to go is early 2014, due to medical treatment issues (and saving the money to pay for ongoing treatments while we're in Orlando.)

We've been a couple of times now, but we've never needed an H/A room before. I'd like to get one of the H/A rooms with a king and a double and a roll-in shower, which probably restricts us to the All-Star resorts, right?

We'll also probably be trying for a room-only discount if we can, as I plan to be going at a time when YES classes are offered for our daughter, and the dining plan probably isn't going to work for us anymore. My main question is, since I probably have to book our room through the special needs number, how would I book the discount as well? Or is there a way to book a discounted room, and then specify that I need the King / double H/A room?
