Gym at or near Disney?

Hi,

We are staying one night on the property and then moving to an offsite hotel. Our offsite hotel doesn't have a gym.

Is there anyway to access a gym on Disney property?

I know Coronado Springs has a gym- you might want to check the resort board for other resorts that have gyms.

Which Disney resort are you staying at? Did you check the Amenities page for your resort online to see if it says Fitness Centre ? That's probably a good place to start.

Deluxe resorts will have a gym and some mods just need to check the resort site on line. However if your not staying at the resort you may not be able to access some have a magic band reader at the door to unlock it but does not need a finger scan. Like the way the pools are set up.

Are you a walker? an extra circle around the park will be an easy extra 2 miles added to your 8 for the day

I think the closest gym with day or week passes is the Fitness Centre adjacent to Celebration Hospital.

You won't be able to use any of the fitness centers on property at the deluxe resorts if you aren't staying there, even by offering to pay a fee.
Those are the only fitness centers on property, aside from CSR.

Maybe call the Four Seasons and see if they'll let you use their gym for a fee. Other than that, I'm no help regarding off property. Sorry!

DH has used the fitness center by Celebration Hospital the last two years. I haven't been, but he says it's pretty nice. He goes for the weights, not cardio machines. They have day and weekly passes. https://www.floridahospital.com/cel...-centre-day-spa-celebration-health/membership
