GV Check-in

We're heading to the world this weekend for a large family trip.

We'll be staying in a Grand Villa with my DW's brothers and their families and the three families are all arriving at different times.

I know that we can just let everyone check in as they arrive. However, I have heard stories of the first group's KTTW cards getting messed up when the next group checked it and everybody needing to go to the front desk together to get them fixed.

We'd like to avoid this problem and are hoping to check in for the whole group. Can we then leave envelopes with Bell Services or the Concierge Desk? (That way, we could leave each group their KTTW cards, theme park tickets, and info about where and when we'll all be meeting later that day.)

We always take many extra people with us and have never had any trouble with checkin. I would think leaving envelopes would be fine. Just have the front desk do this for you. They have always helped us with everyone arriving at different times. It won't matter who checks in first if all are on the reservation. Hope you have a wonderful trip. We love GV's. They are so nice and BIG!
