I am a creature of habit, as anyone here who has read my posts knows.
I have been going to the same barber shop for the past 53 years, since I was 3 Fourth owner,
but the same shop, a few blocks from my parents house, but 6 miles from my house. My parents are gone now, I sold their house in July. My wife thought it was stupid to drive 6 miles each way to another area to pay $10 for a hair cut, when there are 4 barber shops within blocks of my house that charge $6 to $10.
I tried a new shop today. Did a little research, and the shops within a mile of my house charge $6 to $24. The shop I picked is the closest to my house and charges $7. I like the cut and the shop so I may be a customer there for the rest of my life, or until they close. Guys, what do you pay for a hair cut, and how did you pick your barber shop.
