Guitar hero for PS2?

My 7 year old is borrowing the game from my brother...it's not bad (no cursing in songs, etc), but there are quite a few heavy metal or alternative rock songs. Some I do not like, and some I cannot understand, but it's okay. But, that is me and my son. It may not be the same for you. I really like the game and watching him play the guitar is so funny!! He does a pretty good job and I like to play too. See if a store will let you look at some of the songs or do a short demo for you to see if you approve.

We are big GH fans at our house...we're in our 40's and my DD is 7. It was pretty funny when we hooked it up at a dinner party we were having and my DD7 beat the pants off of my DH's buddy! I'd say 7 is about the youngest that could really learn the songs well. GH II will be under our tree...and we're also giving it to several people as gifts!
