Guides hours

Does guides work over the weekend? I called yesterday and my guide had a message on his machine saying that since Jan 15th is getting closer and that's when prices increase they are getting lots of incoming calls, he had his email address listed for incoming callers to leave a message and he'll call back asap. So hopefully I'll receive a call back tomorrow. We've decided to add on at BLT and would like to begin the process.

Leave him a voice mail and a email of what you want to purchase and consider the process started.

We called our guide last Monday on her late night. She finally got back with me about 1pm on Tuesday. She said she had so many calls that she worked until 10:30 pm and still had 15 calls to return on Tuesday. They are really busy now!

Just surprised to have my guide list his email, didn't think they used email at Disney, thought they only responded by phone.
I left him a email, so hopefully I'll hear back from him tomorrow.
