guides calling back

How long do you give your guides to call you back? I called Friday morning and again on Saturday. He has not called back. Our original guide has left and we were assigned a new guide. Would you call back on Monday and ask for a completely different guide? There are so many people that have mentioned great guides on this board. I would like to add on before the 30th.

I'm sure all the guides are very busy right now, but I'm also sure that doesn't make you feel any better.

When you call back on Monday (or even today), I'd be very sure to leave a message that says you want to add on BEFORE the expiration of the current incentives and in that same message, I'd include the day and time you are leaving the message.

If it were me, I would call the guide I have been assigned and then also call the main number and leave the same message. On that one, I'd mention that you have left several messages for the "assigned guide" and are concerned that you will miss the opportunity to get the incentives. (I'm assuming that they will still give you the incentives as long as you tried so hard to purchase before the deadline - it's not your fault that they are too busy to return calls).

I would be patient over a weekend like this. My guide has called back quickly each time I have made contact, and leaves a message indicating whether she is in. I would call again on Monday, but I wouldn't get too up in arms yet. Good luck!

My guide calls me back within 24 hours no matter how silly my question may be....... She also leaves on her voice mail if she is away for the weekend..... but always checks her VM and calls back from her cell phone.....

I love her!!!

BUt other posters are right... this is a very very busy weekend for the guides... with the incentives going away and all....

Of course, the salesman in me would say this is the time they all should be returning calls like mad to get as many people in before the increase!!
