The Unofficial Guide to WDW 2010 covers BLT and THV for the first time.

The theme of BLT is called an upscale, ultramodern urban hotel with spectacular views of the MK, while the THV are called rustic vacation homes with modern amenities, decorated with natural materials.

Both rate high on the Room-Quality Ratings:

Overall, all three (including Kidani Village) of the new DVC resorts received positive reviews.

I wonder how scientific their "reader ratings" are. VWL again came out on top when readers were asked:

I am disappointed where SSR is rated. I think it is better. We made our first trip to AKV and thought it was wonderful and would stay again. Where there not enough responses on BLT to be "scientific"?
