would anyone have an up to date guide as the one on the Disney website appears to be an old version

I think the one on disney debit is up to date. DO you have a question about something specific?

Post #11 of the disABILITIES FAQs thread, pinned near the top of this forum, has links to the Guide (map) for each of the 4 major theme parks. I believe those links go directly back to the WDW website, though, so I'm not sure it would be any different.

i think what you might have found is this link:

It's still an active link you can find and follow on the Internet, but it's really, really outdated. Disney replaced it with the Guidemaps for Guests with Disabilities that lanejudy mentioned at least 5 years ago. They have not updated it since then.
Besides the maps, it was replaced by the Guide for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities that lanejudy also put a look to.
