Guests services wait time…. One thousand and three minutes.

Guest services estimated wait time was 1003 minutes this evening…..I’ve seen shorter marriages…these waits have been going on for months now. Anyone else getting absurd wait times?

After being on hold for 7 1/2 hours today, the message came on to tell me my estimated wait time was 1,040 minutes. I looked over at my husband and asked do you think they are doing this to have people give up and hang up? While I was doing the math in my head of how many hours 1,040 minutes would be, an agent came on the line. LOL

Yeah I was kinda shocked yesterday evening the wait time was over 1000 minutes. I'm like I really don't think they will answer the calls since technically they would be past 10 pm est after their shift is over. They really need to stream line these calls. Break up the main reservation calls to different things.
