Guests finding location

Am I crazy, or did I imagine reading somewhere in my emails that someone will meet our guests in the lobby of the Boardwalk to take them to the ceremony location (SBP)?

I can't for the life of me remember if it was real, or I made it up??? If not, how are they supposed to find their way? (Some of our guests aren't that bright!! )

Yes you can have an Event Guide but I believe they charge you for it (less than $100).

Our planner had a bazillion assistants running around to direct our guests to where they needed to be. We weren't charged for them.

I know for the ADH we are being charged for guides. My planner said it used to be optional but now is required because people would get lost. I believe it's around $150.
