Guest Services/Ticket exchange

We got US tickets through the Kiss. offer and got caught in the mess with the offer change. When I ordered the tickets they were "never expire" but I received the "use in 6 day" tickets. I called and talked to guest services and they said since I ordered under the original offer I could exchange the tickets at a guest service window at either park and get the "never expire" ones. My question, where is the guest service window? We only have one day there this trip so we thought we might check this out when we arrive late afternoon before we go the next day and then if they don't honor this we may just make other plans and save these tickets for another trip when we could use all days.

Guest services is to the right of the entrance at both parks.
