i emailed guest services last week to let them know my thoughts on the proposed Early Morning Magic and Late Night events at MK. I specified a few reasons why this could impact our fall trip -- already having to work around MNSSHP, could we still get in for prepark ADR if the morning event was going on etc. She immediately said the early morning event was a social media rumor even though I think I remember seeing a screen shot of something about this event. She also said the late night 3 hour event was only being tested a few nights in April and May and might still go on during summer but she doubted it would continue through party seasons. She also said if the park was offering ADRs then anyone could get them and still enter. I take all of what she said very, very lightly but just wanted to share.

You know, I read on another site that the early morning magic thing showed up and then later disappeared. But not before people saw it and took screen shots. I heard speculation that it was a mistake that it was put out there. Not sure if it's true or not. I wonder if it was done on purpose to see what reaction would be.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the early one come, but you never know. It's easy to fake things in the Internet.

Thank you for taking your time to contact them about your concerns. I did too and I hope all who are will do the same.

It was posted by a respected poster that saw the information on the CMs HUB site. That is not a social media rumor. She told you what she was instructed to say.

The night event was leaked, all of Disney's planned announcements got messed up. Now everyone will just have to wait and see how all this will eventually come to play.

AND I did see it on the website before they pulled it.

I wonder why they are trying to spin the "Early Morning Magic" event as a "rumour". If they plan to hold the event why don't they just say so. There are have been so many changes and rumoured changes this year. It seems like Disney is really trying to test guest loyalty.

Maybe the backlash has them second guessing the entire thing.

Which just makes them look like jerks. Either that or there are people who are killer in PhotoShop out there out to get them, those mean social media rumor people with their highly professional PhotoShop skills and nothing better to do like some retouching on Fiverr.

It's actually a little laughable.

Hmmm let's put this on our site as a barometer for reaction- will people go apesh!t or will they be lining up? Oh boy. It's a vicious lie I tell you!

Either that or someone else messed up, which would be 2 monumental snafus in a week. The left white gloved mouse hand doesn't seem to know what the right white gloved mouse hand is doing!

I saw the Early Morning Magic event on Disney's website. And then it later disappeared, so that is weird. I do think they are told to say it is a rumor. A very reputable site had ALL of the info on this - rides, menu, price, times, etc.. The details looked as if it came right from Disney themselves. That definitely did not look like a rumor lol.

Thanks for the info!

There are reputable blogs that know far more than the phone rep's.
