Guest modification room question

We have a tripped planned to BCV December 9-15 with myself, my DD, DS and his girlfriend. Due to covid work restrictions my DD and I now will sadly not be able to go but my DS and his girlfriend will go so I don’t loose any points at this late date since these are 2018 points that we keep moving with cancellations.

Since we will still be using the room, do I have to call and modify the guests in the room since only the two of them will be going? I just called to do that but the wait to speak with someone is rather long and then wondered if I really have to do that since we are still using the room and not cancelling?

As long as the two that are still going are listed on the room reservation, everything will be fine. No real need to remove yourself from a points reservation.

I have gone a few trips where people couldn’t go last minute, When I checked into DME, I informed them so they knew it was just me on the bus. Other than that, no worries now that there is no dining plan.

No problem as long as they are 18 or over.
