We had a trip to DW planned last month to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. We were hoping to experience the food and wine festival but had to cancel our vacation just 2 days before we left....we were so bummed.....

after we got over the disappointment (it took a few weeks) we just concentrated on making the NEXT trip great, which I see is what you are doing!
Very cool...

and have fun making plans. That's half the excitement right there.
