GS at CityWalk

Hi - does anyone know how late GS is open at CityWalk? We are coming in late on the 18th of January (I think we land around 9:30 pm). We are staying at Royal Pacific. Our tickets can only be picked up from GS (not at our hotel desk) and I was really hoping to get them on the 18th rather than waiting in a lengthy line during the prime morning hours. Thank you!

I don't know the answer to your question but I'm curious why you can't pick up tickets at the hotel?
