How frustrating! They put my DH with my old friend, instead of me (who has been on the phone 3 times in the last 2 days making these reservations)! Now, they can't let me change anything or even put my own name on the reservation! OMG!!! DH can't call due to being on the road today...
So, guest services goes into this long explanation on how I could be messing with my dh's and girlfriends trip! OMG... This was not my fault, it was theirs! I said who I was when I made the reservation. I even asked for my friends name to be removed from the computer because it was a one time thing and I'm tired of her name coming up all the time! Now, they made a mistake and won't fix it!
So I said, "what if I just call back as "Beth"?"... she said, "I can't comment on that". So I am... now there is another problem with my account and I'm on hold again. Geez, all I wanted was to switch from POP Preferred to POP standard!
