I rang back in feb to enquire about adding HB and after loads of im not sure we can . . . they said they would email their admin dept to add it on. checking online its not been added and when i ring im on hold for half hour at a time and never get through so keep trying and trying! surely its not that difficult to do?

or maybe its a problem with leger as there the coach company were going with but i ring them and am told we cant discuss it with you only your agent

Wow, that's a long time to wait. I would certainly start to bug them about it and make sure it's done. Do you have a Thomas Cook local to you that you could call in? I'm sure if you explain to them they will try to help.
