Grr open?

In DCA and people are getting wait times on apps for GRR even though it is scheduled not to be open to ride until Friday. We are leaving Thursday and were hoping to ride to before we leave

As of yesterday afternoon GRR was still closed. we just finished a 5 day stay at Disneyland and every day they were doing tests on the ride but it hasn't opened. My Mouse Time app also isn't showing any wait time currently so my guess is it is still closed. However the ride has all the geysers and rapids turned on again so I wouldn't be surprised if it opened before Friday.
