Grown up activities for 50th?

We are planning a girl's trip to Florida in October and being a huge Disney fan, I'd like to check out the 50th anniversary celebrations. Is anyone aware of any events going on geared to adults, I was thinking maybe something in Epcot?

A few years ago my husband and I did a wine seminar as part of F&W. It was a representative from a wine company that led us through some tastings and education about wine in general and the winery. Not sure if they're going to resume stuff like that this year. It looks like there may be a cheese tasting event available, and I mean.. CHEESE!
