You would need to contact Universal Group Sales directly for group information and discounts. I know the group has to be a pretty good size but not sure what the exact number has to be to get any special rates.

Group Ticket Requests

Your group will be entitled to BIG savings at Universal Orlando®. Youth Groups of 15 or more from Florida, Domestic U.S., Canada, or Puerto Rico will receive reduced admission on single and multi-day tickets to Universal's Islands of Adventure® and Universal Studios Florida®.

Within these Ticket Order Forms, there is the option to purchase Youth Meal Vouchers*. Universal Orlando® Resort offers the opportunity for Youth Groups to enjoy a meal at select locations throughout the resort. The Youth Meal Voucher is valid for ONE (1) meal to include: ONE (1) entrée, ONE (1) small fountain beverage, and ONE (1) chocolate chip cookie as designated at the various locations.
